Audius
Audius is a decentralized music streaming platform that empowers artists by giving them more control over their content and revenue while fostering a direct connection with their audience.
Audius partnered with Baker Baker and Baker to design a core community activation featuring CloudKid and its peers, NCS and Quality Goods, hosted on Audius’ Discord server. The event spotlighted two CloudKid artists performing a pre-recorded set via a Discord bot, with the artists actively engaging with fans in the chat for a personal touch.
Baker Baker and Baker took the lead on CloudKid’s participation, managing artist logistics, spearheading social promotion through Instagram collaborations, and maintaining an active presence on the server during the event to connect directly with the audience. Baker Baker and Baker also created a custom CloudKid DJ Set, which was live-streamed to elevate the energy and showcase the label’s unique sound, making the activation a vibrant success.
Purpose:
Build meaningful connections with Audius’ community of 32K+ members, aligning the CloudKid brand with an active and passionate audience.
Expand the reach of CloudKid’s artists by introducing them not only to the Audius audience but also to the fanbases of NCS and Quality Goods, amplifying exposure across key music communities.
Reinforce CloudKid’s commitment to the grassroots music scene, giving back to emerging artists and fostering growth within the creative community.
